Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. The duration of the scheme is 13 months
  2. 2. Saving amount per month in the scheme is Rs. 500 or in multiples of 500/-.
  3. 3. The amount of savings paid in the first month will be the monthly installments.
  4. 4. In the scheme, the customer has to buy the ornaments for the money paid. No refund for any reason.
  5. 5. Solid gold and silver cannot be purchased through scheme
  6. 6. Customers must pay their monthly installments by the due date.
  7. 7. Otherwise the period will be extended as per the date of payment of the installment by the customer.
  8. 8. One month bonus will be given after completion of 13 months to customers who complete regular 12 months plan.
  9. 9. Customers who withdraw from the plan in the middle of the plan will not get the benefits mentioned in the plan.
  10. 10. Legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hassan District Court.
  11. 11. Jewelery will be billed as per the market rate on the day of purchase.
  12. 12. All government taxes are applicable.
